Architectural Designer / Architect (3+ Years Experience)
Location: Portland, ME (65 Newbury St) — On-Site • Type: Full-Time • Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 / year + benefits & bonuses
We are seeking a Registered Architect or Architectural Designer on track for licensure to join our team in Portland’s Old Port. Key responsibilities include Revit technical drafting, construction document coordination, field visits, and interdisciplinary engineering collaboration.
Requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch degree • 3+ years professional firm experience • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD • Working knowledge of building codes and detailing.
