Town of Belgrade, Community Center
This recreational facility for the Town of Belgrade was constructed on the shore of Great Pond. The front of the building overlooks the water and follows the vernacular architecture of the Belgrade Lakes Region. This style is reflected in the stone entrance, shingle siding and exposed beams. The facility includes a full gymnasium, a social room with a stone fireplace, a library, a full kitchen and a 120’ wrap around porch.

Town of Falmouth, Community Park Storage Building
The Town of Falmouth commissioned Port City Architecture to design four service buildings for the Falmouth Community Park. Three bathroom/storage buildings were completed in 2003. They are designed to fit the nearby farm buildings and are constructed of low maintenance materials. The siding is vertical cedar board with a bleaching oil finish. The cupola on top provides passive ventilation to the portable bathroom units inside. The Community Pavilion was constructed in the winter of 2003/2004. It will provide a covered activity area for children and adult activities for up to sixty persons. It is of similar design and will be of post and beam construction.
