This will allow the University to make an informed decision about the location, the cost and the most efficient manner in which to house these programs.

Once the University has established a location for PEEC, Port City Architecture will provide full design services for architectural, structural and civil engineering, and construction administration services based on the programming documents.  The construction documents will coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing as the University has stated that these design services will be provided under separate contracts.
