Port City Architecture is working with Pizzagalli Construction Company in the design and construction of the Southern Maine Community College Residence Hall.  The design of the residence hall will imitate the Fort Preble guise, which environs the new structure.  The exterior makeup of the residence hall will be mostly brick with some cementitious clapboards providing minimal exterior maintenance while keeping a satisfying façade.  Amenities of the residence hall include full laundry facilities, conference room, residence director office and apartment, and the entire building is ADA compliant.
