The first freestanding prototype for Ricetta’s Brick Oven Pizzeria was designed with open wood trusses and organized through freestanding, timber framed dividers, in-filled with steel mesh and threaded rod. Low voltage cable lighting provides a contrasting, warm, intimate family dining atmosphere. New locations are planned for 2002 and 2003.
