Port City Architecture will inspect and write a report on Goddard Hall that includes a structural and space analysis. Port City Architecture is working with Allied / Cook Construction and will provide an estimated price for both PEEC locations (either the existing Goddard Hall or a new infill building between Blewett Hall and Coleman Hall). This will allow the University to make an informed decision about the location, the cost and the most efficient manner in which to house these programs.
Once the University has established a location for PEEC, Port City Architecture will provide full design services for architectural, structural and civil engineering, and construction administration services based on the programming documents. The construction documents will coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing as the University has stated that these design services will be provided under separate contracts.
