Port City Architecture was commissioned to design the Maintenance Building for the Riverside Golf Course by the Director of Ground and Maintenance, Dave DeAndrea.  The 5,000 square-foot building replaced the existing antiquated facility and doubled the amount of area allotted for equipment storage.
